| St. Paul’s Vestry is comprised of 12 lay persons, who serve three-year terms and may not immediately succeed themselves. Candidates must be at least 18 years of age and members in good standing, i.e., regular in attendance and givers of record. The officers of the Vestry are the Senior Warden, Junior Warden, Secretary, and Treasurer (who may be a non-member of the Vestry).
